AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH RECHT HAUSRATH &
ASSOCIATES IN CONNECTION WITH AN ECONOMIC IMPACT STUDY
FOR SUBDIVISION TRACT 4500
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, 00 behalf
of the City, that certain proposed professional services agree-
ment with Recht Hausrath & Associates which provides for an
economic impact study of a 346.7 acre site known as Village V/
Tract 4500 on Bay Farm Island, said agreement to be substantial)
in the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk and
