AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH IRONSIDE &
ASSOCIATES IN CONNECTION WITH PREPARATION OF AN
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE FERNSIDE EXTENSION
PROJECT
WHEREAS, an environmental impact report is required for the
extension of Ferns ide,Boulevard;
WHEREAS, the cost of said extension will be increased by any
delays in construction;
WHEREAS, Ironside & Associates is

of an Environmental Impact Report (EI.R },

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and
the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, that certain Agree-
ment between the City and Ironside & Associates, said agreement to
be substantially in the form of that on file in the office of the
City Clerk, marked "Filed June 3, 1980," and providing for its
services relating to the preparation of an Environmental Impact
Report for the extension of Fernside Boulevard
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provision of Paragraph IV
Resolution No. 8843E as amended, shall be waived for the extension
Fernside Boulevard.
