AWARDING CONTRACT FOR LEGAL ADVERTISING FOR CITY OF
AIAMEDA FOR FISCAL YEAR 1980 -1981 TO ALAMEDA TIMES -STAR
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda heretofore
published notice calling for bids for the publication of'all legal
advertising of said City during the fiscal year ending June 30,
1981; and
WHEREAS, in response to said notice a sealed bid wa
submitted by the Alameda Times --Star agreeing to publish all legal
advertising of the City of Alameda during the fiscal yea;
1980 -1981 as specified in the notice, at the following prices;
