APPOINTING GEORGIA B. SWISHER A COMMISSIONER
OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Part 2, Division 24, health
and Safety Code of California, and particularly Section 34272
thereof, GEORGIA B. SWISHER is hereby appointed a Commissioner
of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, for the term
commencing May 15, 1980 and expiring May 15, 1984, and to serve
until her successor s appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of June, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None,
ABSENT: Nonc,
