AMENDING THE SALARY RESOLUTION BY DELETING THE
POSITION OF FINANCE DIRECTOR AND BY CREATING THE
POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AND
ESTABLISHING THE SALARY THEREFOR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
Resolution No 9162 adopted October 2; 1979, be amended by
deleting the position of Finance Director and by creating the
position of Administrative Assistant and establishing the salary
therefor, as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this
Resolution shall "supersede those portions of'Resolution No. 9162,
and of any other resolution in conflict herewith, and all such
conflicting provisions are, to tie extent of such conflict only,
hereby repealed.

was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of June, 198O,
