APPROPRIATING ALL UNALLOCATED REVENUES AND UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1979-1980 AS A RESERVE FOR
WORKING CAPITAL
WHEREAS, there has been previously submitted to and filed
with this Council a budget representing a financial plan for
conducting the affairs of the City of Alameda for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1979 and ending June 30, 1980, which budget is
marked "Filed September 18, 1979 and
WHEREAS, revenues were received during said fiscal year
which exceed the amount appropriated for said fiscal year and
WHEREAS, revenues will be received by June 30, 1980, which
have not yet been appropriated for said fiscal year and
or may

WHEREAS, taxes are due and payable

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in a special meeting assembled on the 30th day of June, 1980,
