Resolution 09328CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9378 EXTENDING THE ALAMEDA 911 TRIAL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AND THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1981 WHEREAS, the County-wide 911 emergency telephone number system will have completed two years of successful operation on July 9th, thereby completing the scheduled term of the Alameda 911 Trial Participation Agreement entered into between the County of Alameda and the City of Alameda pursuant to City of Alameda Resolution No. 8660 adopted February 1, 1977; and WHEREAS, a one-year evaluation of the Automatic Location Identification (ALI) feature is scheduled to begin in October, 1980; and WHEREAS, the delay in implementing an ALI feature will necessitate an extension of the participation agreement; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TFE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Council does horeby approve extending the Alameda 911 Trial Participation Agreement between the City of Alameda and the County of Alameda to September 30, 1981; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest to, respec- tively, on behalf of the City, any modification of agreement necessary to extend the duration of the Alameda 911 Trial Participation Agreement between the City and County as above set forth. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of July, 1980, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and President Corica - 5.
