APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4545, A CONDOMINIUM
DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 610 -624 WILLOW STREET
AND 2101 -2125 OTIS DRIVE, FINDING SAID TENTATIVE MAP
CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND
DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO SEWER SYSTEM
WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL
REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, V. M Rafanelli &Assoc., Inc., subdivider he ein,
has presented to the Council for approval a Tentative Map for
Tract 4545, a condominium subdivision of property located at
610 -624 Willow Street and 2101-2125 Otis Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on July 1, 1980, held a public
hearing on said Tentative Map,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 1:1 -3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 4545, heretofore
accepted and approved by the Planning Board, and subject to the
conditions and based upon the findings contained in the City
Planning Board's report to this Council dated May 30, 1980, is
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the
Tentative Map for Tract 4545 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that
discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system
will not violate regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by
the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting
assembled on the 1st day of July, 1980, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone and
Tillman - 4.
NOES: President Corica -
