APPROVING AMENDED TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4206,
A DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 716 CENTRAL AVENUE, FINDING
SAID AMENDED TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S
GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE 03''WASTE
INTO SEWER SYSTEM WTLI NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER
QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No 9074, adopted April 17, 1979,
this Council conditionally approved the Tentative Map for Tract
4206, presented to the Council by John Anthony, subdivider for
Multiplex Financial Corporation, owner; and
WHEREAS, said property was subsequently sold to Sharyn
Clifton; and
WHEREAS; Sharyn Clifton, owner and subdivider, has pre-
sented to the Council for approval an Amended Tentative Map for
Tract 4206, a division of property at 716 Central Avenue in the
City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, the -City Council, on July 1, 1980, held a public
hearing on said Amended Tentative Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, the Amended Tentative Map for Tract 4206, here
fore considered by the Planning Board and subject to the conditions
and based upon the findings contained in the City Planning Board's
report to this Council dated June 10, 1980, is hereby approved.
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the
Amended Tentative Map for Tract 4206 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) rdetermines that
discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will
not violate regional water quality control regulations.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by
the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting
assembled on the 1st day of July, 1980, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman.
and President Corica - 5.
