APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE TENTATIVE BUDGET OF. TEE
CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1980 -1981
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to and filed with his
Council a tentative budget representing a financial plan for
conducting the affairs of the City of Alameda for the fiscal year
1980 -1981, said budget 'being , entitled, "City of Alameda -
Proposed Budget, Fiscal Year 1980- 1981," and being filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Alameda on July 8, 1980, and
