APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
4206 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATED EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved
by this Council an Amended Tentative Map of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 4206; and
WHEREAS, Shuwa Investments Corporation, a California
corporation, owner herein, has presented to the Council for approval
a Final Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 4206, which
is a subdivision of property located at 716 Central Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain non-
exclusive easements designated "Public Utilities Easement" dedicated
to the public, and certain rights of access over public utilities
easements for operations of public safety vehicles and emergency
equipment dedicated to the City of Alameda;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 4206 be, and hereby is
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated to the
public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public, for use in
conformity with the terms of the offers' of dedication, and said
access rights dedicated to the City of Alameda are hereby accepted
on behalf of the City.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of July, 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillrian, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
