APPOINTING ROBERT D. NICOL A MEMBER OF THE
ALAMEDA HISTORICAL ADVISORY COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2-332 of the
Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
ROBERT D. NICOL is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Alameda Historical Advisory Commission, as the registered
landscape architect member, for the term commencing July 1, 1980,
and expiring June 30, 1984, and to serve until his successor
is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of July, 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
