AUTHORIZING CITY OF ALAMEDA TO PURSUE ARMY CORPS
OF ENGINEERS 103 FUNDING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that.,
pursuant to the recommendation of the Mayor's Beach Erosion
Committee, as contained in its report dated July 8, 1980, this
Council does hereby request terminat
of the Army Corps of
Engineers General' Investigation (Section 110) and authorizes
reinstatement of the Army Corps of Engineers Section 103 Study.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of July, 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
