AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION
WITH PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
FOR THE FERNSIDE BOULEVARD EXTENSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, an environmental impact report is required for
the extension of Fernside Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, Environmental Impact Planning Corporation has
s bmitted its proposal to prepare an EIR on the proposed Fernside
Boulevard extension;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute,
and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, that certain
agreement between the City and Environmental Impact Planning Corporation,
said agreement to be substantially in the form of that on file in
the office of the City Clerk, marked "Filed July 15, 1980," and
providing for its services relating to the preparation of an
Environmental Impact Report for the extension of Fernside Boulevard.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of July, 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, TillMan, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official
seal of said City this 16th day of July, 1980.
