AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH DKS ASSOCIATES
RELATING TO TRANSIT STUDY FOR VILLAGE V /BUSINESS PARK,
TRACT 4500
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized
and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on
behalf of the City, an agreement with DKS Associates, by which
it will perform an updated transit study for Village V /Business
Park, Tract 4500, said agreement to be substantially in the form
of that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked,
"Filed, August 5, 1980."
