Resolution 09355CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO,
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
4270 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATED EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed -wi.th and
approved by this Council a Tentative Mzap of that certain pro -
posed subdivision known as Tract 4270, and
TMREAS, Terry Lufkin, Sandra M. Howard, Jaynes F. Howard
and Mortimer R. Iloward, subdividers herein, have presented to the
Council for approval a Final Map of that proposed subdivision
known as Tract 4270, which is a subdivision of properly at
Central Avenue and Mound Street; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon ce.rtain ease-
ments for public utilities; designated ''Power Easement'' and
dedicated to the public;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 4270 be and hereby is
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated to
the public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public, for use
in conformity with the terms of the offer of dedication:
I, the undersignee, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of August, 1980.
