AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND MKGK TO ASSIST
IN PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT REGARDING CITY'S SIXTH YEAR
APPLICATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized
and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on
behalf of the City, an agreement with Marshall, Kaplan, Gans &
Kahn (MKGK), by which it will provide professional services in
the preparation of responses to the Department of Housing and
Urban Development regarding the City's Sixth Year Application,
said agreement to be substantially in the form of that on file
in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, August 5, 1980."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adorted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of August, 1980
hy the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corsica -
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Diament - 1
