ACCEPTING. PROPOSAL AS AGREEMENT
(DELOITTE HASKINS & SELLS
OPERATIONS AND COST EFFECTIVENESS STUDY)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
Phase I of the proposal of DELOITTE, HASKINS & SELLS, dated
July 15, 1980, as updated by letter of August 5, 1980 to Mr. Ray
Nobriga and signed by Michael D. Baer, copies of which are
attached, for its professional services to the City of Alameda in
conducting a study of the operations and cost effectiveness of
the City's Auditor - Assessor and Treasurer -Tax Collector Depart-
ments, is hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
shall constitute the contract of he parties hereto; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the total cost of Plaase I shall
not exceed the sum of $7,900.00 and that payment for said services
shall be from the Contingency Fund.
