AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH GARY BRUNAULT
FOR PERSONAL SERVICES; (ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING
TO THE HARBOR BAY ISLE PROJECT)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and each hereby is
authorized to execute and to attest to respectively, on behalf
of the City, an agreement with Gary Brunault, by which he will
provide assistance to the City Engineering Department in the
implementation and processing of plans, calculations and improve-
ments for subdivisions in the Harbor Bay Isle project, and
other Engineering services as directed, said agreement to be
substantially in the form of that on file in the office of the
City Clerk and marked, "Filed, September 2, 1980."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd day:of September,1980
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
