OF ALAMEDA FOUR MOTORCYCLES WITH POLICE PACKAGE FOR
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT,, CALLING FOR BIDS AND
DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

Alameda four (4) Motorcycles with Police Package fo
Police Department, NO MSP 9 -80 -1, filed in the off
City Clerk on September 16, 1980 be and the same a
approved and adopted,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m.
on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9, 1980, for furnishing to the City four
(4) Motorcycles with Police Package in accordance with said
Specifications and provisions. Bids must be presented to the
City Clerk in the City Ball, Alameda, California, under sealed
cover and plainly harked on the outside, "Proposal for Motorcycles
with Police Package," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the
provisions of the Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder
who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the
Alameda Times -Star, a notice calling for sealed b in
accordance with the provisions of this Resolution and of said
Specifications and Provisions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 16th day of September, 1980, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and President
Corica - 4.
NOES:
ABSENT: Councilman Diament
