AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AND MKGK INCORPORATED FOR
PERFORMING FIVE HOUSING FEASIBILITY STUDIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, an amendment to that certain
Contract for Professional Services dated August 6, 1980, between
the City and MKGK INCORPORATED, said amendment to be substantially
in the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk,
designated "Amendment No. 1 to Agreement ", marked "Filed September
16, 1980", and providing for five housing feasibility studies
regarding the 6th Year Housing and Community Development Act
Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment for said services shall
be from 6th Year HCDA funds, Accou t #2358:81.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 16th day of September, 1980, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and President
Corica - 4.
NOES:
ABSENT: Councilman Diament - 1.
