AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
PARK WEBSTER ASSOCIATES FOR INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF AN ARBOR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and attest to, respectively, on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed License Agreement with Park
Webster Associates, which provides for the erection and
maintenance of an arbor which overhangs the Webster Street right- -
of -Way, installation and maintenance of an irrigation system for
trees to be planted on both sides of Webster Street between the
Park Webster property and Central Avenue and installation of tree
wells, tree grates and planting of trees alone Webster Street,
said Agreement to be substantially in the farm of that on file
in the office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, September 16,
1980,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 16th day of September, 1980, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and President
Corica - 4.
NOES:
ABSENT: Councilman Diament - 1.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
