AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
SUBDIVISION TRACT 4374 AND APPROVING BONDS AS TO
SUFFICIENCY (PARK WEBSTER CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION)
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Park Webster Associates, a Cali-
fornia Limited Partnership, subdivider herein, has prepared and
presented to this Council the Final Map of the subdivision known
as Tract 4374; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has entered into an agreement
to construct and compl ete the imProvements in said subdivision,
has filed the Final Map thereof for approval at this time, and
has posted its bonds guaranteeing full and faithful performance
of said work, all in accordance with said Article; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the advantage and benefit of the
City to have said work performed in accordance with said
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for construction and completion
of the Public improvements in said subdivision, and all its
terms and conditions be, and hereby is approved, and the City
Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute and attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf
of the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bonds in the sums of
- $980,000, guaranteeing full and faithful performance of the sub

divider's said public improvements construction contract, are
hereby approved as sufficient in amount.

I, the uhuersigned, hereby certify that th foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 16th day of September, 1980, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, and Tillman - 3.
NOES: President Corica - 1.
ABSENT: Councilman'Diament - 1.
