Resolution 09386CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9386 AFFIRMING INTENTION TO PROVIDE LOCAL MATCHING MONEY NECESSARY TO FINANCE PATTON WAY WHEREAS, the City of Alameda has placed a project in the Federal Aid Urban Program for fiscal year 1980 -81, providing for the construction of Patton `Way and WHEREAS, the Federal Highway Act requires the local jurisdiction to provide local matching money for the Federal Aid Urban funds; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that this Council does and it hereby affirms its intention to provide all local matching money necessary to obtain the maximum Federal Aid Urban Allocation for above - referenced project in the Federal Aid Urban Frog; 1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of September, 1980, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and President Corica - 4.
