AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH LAMPHIER &
ASSOCIATES IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMPLETION OF
ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTS FOR THE PATTON WAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Lamphier & Associates
for its services relating to the completion of environmental
documents for the City's Patton Way Project has -been submitted
to this Council, and the Council is fully informed and aware of
the terms and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda that said agreement be entered into
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOIVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain
agreement referred to above by and between Lamphier & Associates
and the City of Alameda for its services relating to the comple-
tion of draft and final environmental documents for the City's
Patton Way Project. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest
to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of October, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of said City this 8th day of October, 1980.
