CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 9390
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
SUBDIVISION TRACT 4467 AND APPROVING BOND AS TO
SUFFICIENCY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of
the Alameda Municipal Code, Diversified Property Investment,
a California General Partnership, and Ronald I. Curtis, an
individual, subdividers herein, have prepared and presented to
this Council the Final Map of the subdivision known as Tract
4467; and
WHEREAS, said Subdividers have entered into an agreement
to construct and complete the improvements in said subdivision,
have filed the Final Map thereof for approval at this time, and
have posted their bond guaranteeing full and faithful performance
of said work, all in accordance with said Article; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the advantage and benefit of the
City to have said work performed in accordance with said
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for construction and completion of
the public improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms
and conditions be, and hereby is approved, and the City Manager
and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and
attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City of
Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of
$75,500, guaranteeing full and faithful performance of the
subdividers' said public improvements construction contract, is
hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of October, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
