AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT
SERVICES BETWEEN CITY OF ALAMEDA AND INTERNATIONAL
SYSTEMS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be and each hereby is authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to respectively on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed Agreement with International
Systems, Inc. for its consulting and professional assistance in
determining the availability of and securing additional federal,
state, and private foundation grants and loans, said agreement
to be substantially in the form of that on file in the office of
the City Clerk and marked "Filed, October 28, 1980.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in a special meeting assembled
on the 28th of October, 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
