ACCEPTING FROM PONDEROSA HOMES A STORM DRAIN
EASEMENT IN LOT 18, BLOCK 1 OF TRACT 3904
WHEREAS, that certain Grant of Easement dated August 28,
1980, granted by Ponderosa Homes, a General Partnership, formerly
AE Realty Partners, to the City of Alameda, has been executed and
delivered by the Grantor to the City; and
WHEREAS, said Grant of Easement grants, transfers and con-
veys to the City of Alameda a permanent easement and right-of-way
for storm drainage purposes over under, upon and within a strip
of land six feet in uniform width, the southerly line of which
being the southerly line of Lot 18 in Block 1 of Tract 3904, upon
which no permanent structure or improvement may be placed by owner;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the aforementioned grant of easement be and the
same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the City of Alameda and said
City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City, hereby con -
sents to the recordation of said Grant of Easement and orders this
resolution to be attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 of
the Government Code of the State of California.

Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 4th of November, 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
