ORDERING VACATION OF PORTION OF UNUSED STORM DRAIN
EASEMENT IN LOT 19, BLOCK 1 OF TRACT 3904
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCILr OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
a portion of a storm drain easement located an Lot 19, Block 1
of Tract 904, accepted by the City on May, 16, 1978 by its
Resolution No. 8907, and described as follows:
The southerly ten feet of that certain parcel
of land designated, "20' S >D.E. ", (Storm Drain
Easement) ° the northerly portion of Lot 19 in
Block 1 of that "certain map; entitled, "TRACT 3904,
ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA ", filed May 25, 1978, Book 103
of Maps at pages 15 t7iru 20, inclusive, County of
Alameda Records.,
is hereby ordered vacated pursualt to the provisions o Section
50443, Gave rnment Code of California
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Alameda hereby finds and declares that (1) the said portion of
easement ordered vacated herein is unnecessary for present or
prospective public use, and (2) that said portion of said ease-
ment has never been used by the City of Alameda for any purpose
whatever since May 16, 1978, the date of its acceptance by the
City; to the date of this resolution.
