ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA APPROXIMATELY ONE HUNDRED FORTY -TWO
REVOLVERS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT USE CALLING FOR BIDS
AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMwDA. that
the Specifications and, Provisions for furnishing to the City of
Alameda approximately one hundred forty -two (142) Revolvers for
law enforcement use No MSP 1l -80 -1, filed in the office of the
City Clerk on November. 4, 1980, be and the same are hereby
approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m.
on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 1980, for furnishing to the City of
said revolvers; Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the
City Hall, Alameda, California, under Dealed cover and plainly
marked on the outside, "Proposal for Revolvers," or similar
designation.

Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 4th of November, 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
