Resolution 09408CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9408 APPROVING AMENDED TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4136, A DIVISION OF PROPERTY TO THE SOUTH OF THE FERNSIDE BOULEVARD /WASHINGTON STREET INTERSECTION WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 9097 adopted June 19, 1979, this Council conditionally approved the Tentative Map for Tract 4136, a division of property to the south of Fernside Boulevard/ Washington Street intersection, bounded by Lincoln School on the north, San Leandro Bay, the Aeolian Yacht Club and vacant land, and WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes, owner and subdivider herein, has presented to the Council for approval an amended Tentative Map for Tract 4136; and WHEREAS, the City Council, on November 4, 1980, held a public hearing on said Amended Tentative Map. NOW, OF ALAMEDA cipal Code, considered said Board, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY that pursuant to Section 11.3112 of the Alameda Muni - the Amended Tentative Map for Tract 4136, heretofore by the Planning Board and subject to conditions set by is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f.) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the Amended Tentative Map for Tract 4136 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from'the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality con trcl regulations.
