AMENDING PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY AND J. BRUCE RUPP RELATING TO HIS SERVICES

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA hat
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the Ci
to attest, on behalf of the City, an amendment to that
certain Personal Services Agreement dated February 5, 1980,
between the City and J. Bruce Rupp, said amendment to be substan-
tially in the for of that on file in the office of the City
Clerk and marked ' "Filed, November -18, 1980,° and providing for
an increase in the monthly compensation for said personal
services and an extension of the termination date of said Agree-
ment
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 18th day of November, 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and
President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Stone - 1.
