AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ITALO A. CALPESTRT III FOR DESIGN
OF THE GRAND STREET BOAT RAMP
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City; Clerk be, and each hereby 'is, authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to respectively on behalf
of the City, that certain prciposed' architectural services
agreement with Italo A- Calpestri, TII, Architect A -I -Aa which
Provides for the design and administration of construction of
additions and alterations to the Grand Street Boat Ramp, said
agreement to be substantially in the form of that on fide in the
office of the City Clerk and marked "filed, November 18, 1980."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 18th day of November, 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and
President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Stone - 1.
