SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY BOUNDED BY SHORELINE PARK,
PACKET LANDING ROAD, BRIDGEWAY ROAD AND SHEFFI1'D ROAD/
KEVINGTON PLACE, FINDING SAID AMENDED TENTATIVE MAP
CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING
THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT
VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS

WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes, a partnership, owner and sub -
divider herein, has presented to the Council for approval a
Tentative Map for Tract 4591,,a condominium subdivision of
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12, Block 3 Tract 3810 and Parcel 1,
P.M. 3037 which property is located' along the San Leandro Channel,
bounded by Shoreline Park, Packet Landing Road, Bridgeway Road
and Sheffield Road /Kevington Place in the City of - Alameda, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Se

Tentative Map for Tract 4591 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to- Section 11-- 3112(h) determines that
discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system
not violate regional water quality control regulations,
