APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
4545 (:DRIFTWOOD TERRACE - EAST OF WILLOW STREET AND
NORTH OF OTIS DRIVE)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved
by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed condominium
project known as Tract 4545; and
WHEREAS, Ronald H. Cowan, Alan D. Mitchell and Melvin H.
Schwartz, owners, and V. M. Rafanelli &'Associates, Inc., subdivider,
herein, have presented to the Council for approval, a Final Map
that proposed subdivision known as Tract 4545, a condominium
conversion of property known as the Driftwood Terrace and located
on the east side of Willow S eet north of Otis Drive;
NOW, THEREFORE, B.
OF ALAMEDA that the Fina

SOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
ap of Tract 4545 be, and hereby is,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 18th day of November, 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and
President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Stone - 1.
