NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA that City of Alameda Resolution 9310, adopted on June 17,
1980, is hereby rescinded and that the appointment of Eleanor M.
Wallace as Acting Auditor- Assessor of the City of Alameda hereby is
terminated as of November 30, 1980.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 2nd day of December, 1980, by the following vote, to
wit:
