AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF LIABILITY ADMINISTRATION
AGREEMENT WITH R. L. KAUTZ & CO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and
on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain Renewal of the
existing Administration Agreement between the City and R. L. Kautz
& Co,, for its services relating to supervision and administration
of the City's self - insured liability program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Renewal shall be for a
period of one year from December h, 1980 to November 30, 1981, at
the annual fee of,$9,100.00.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 2nd day of December, 1980, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
