ODORS OSMUNDSON & ASSOCIATES
GN CONCEPT FOR THE HOLLY AND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby° is, authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, that certain proposed landscape architectural
services agreement with Theodore Osmundson & Associates, which
provides for the development of a design concept for the Holly
and Oleander Park Site, said agreement to be substantially in
the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk and
marked "Filed, December 2, 1980."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 2nd day of December, 1980, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica - 4.
NOES: Councilman Diament - 1.
ABSENT: None.
