AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH :RALPH ANDERSON
AND ASSOCIATES FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES RELATING TO
RECRUITMENT FOR A DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AT_AMEDA that
the Casty Manager and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized
to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City,
a personal services contract with Ralph Anderson and Associates
which provides for its services relating to recruitment of a
City Public Works Director.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 2nd day of December, 1980, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and
President Corica 4,
NOES: Councilman Stone — 1.
ABSENT: None.
