APPOINTING LAWRENCE STICKNEY
TREASURER OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the office of Treasurer
of the City of Alameda,
NOW,, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 2 -7 of the Charter,
LAWRENCE STICKNEY be and hereby is appointed to the office of
Treasurer of the City of Alameda, commencing upon appointment
and qualification, and for the term prescribed by Section 2 -8
of said Charter.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in a special meeting assembled
on the 23rd day of December, 1980, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
