ORDERING VACATION OF UNUSED PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS
WITHIN TRACT 3810 - VILLAGE IV
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
certain easements within Village IV of Tract 3810 as recorded in
Book 103 of Maps, on Pages 43 -57, on June 9, 1978, Alameda County
Records, more particularly described as follows:
REAL PROPERTY in the City of Alameda, County of
Alameda, State of California., described as follows:
PARCEL 1
A 20 -foot wide Power Easement - (P.E.) the center line
of which is located 30 feet south of the northerly
line of Lot 1, in Block 4, Tract 3810.
PARCEL 2
Storm Drain Easement ,(S.D.E.) as established on
Lot 1, in Block 4, and Blocks 12, 13 and 14, in
Tract 3810.
PARCEL 3
Storm Drainage Easement (S.D.E.) in Lot 6, Block 4
810.
and Block 11 of T
PARCEL 4
Storm Drainage Easement (S.D.E.) in Block 9 of
Tract 3810»
PARCEL 5
Storm Drainage Easement (S aD ;) in Block 10 of
Tract 3810.,
are hereby ordered vacated pursuant to the provisions of Section
50443, Government Code of California,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Alameda hereby finds and declares that (1) the said public service
easements herein ordered vacated are unnecessary for present or
prospective public use, and (2) that said easements have never
been used by the City of Alameda for any purpose whatever since
the date of their acquisition to the date of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cause a
certified copy of this order, attested under seal, to be recorded
in the County Recorder's Office.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 6th day of January, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
