APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 4543
AND ACCEPTINC CERTAIN DEDICATED EASEMENTS AND PARCELS
OF LAND (A PORTION OF TRACT 3810)
WHEREAS, there has been heI,etofore filed with and approved
by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed sub-
divLsion known as Tract 3810; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a pdrtnerEhip comprised
of Doric Development, Inc., a California corporation, and Bay Farm
Island, Inc., a Nevada corporation, owner mere in. has presented to
the Council for approval a Final Map of that proposed subdivision
known as Tract 4543, which is a subdivision of Lot 48, Tract 4544,
Lot 30, T -act 4542, and Block 9, Tract 3810; and
WHEREAS, said final Map defineanes thereon certain it
easements. designated "Public Utilities Easement" (P.D.E.)
and "Storm Drain Easement" (S.D.E.), parcels of land known as pd CC
Lane, Dublin Way, Shannon Circle and Kofman Parkway and a private
street known as WaLcrford Place, dedicated to the public; and
dedicates to the City of Alameda a storm drainage easement for the
UtDOS and purposes of constructing, maintaining and replacing storm
drainage facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA that Lhe Final Map of Tract 4543 e , and hereby is, approved.
BE ET FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements and parcels of land
dedicated to the public and the City are hereby accepted, an dhail
of the public and the City, for use in conformity with [he terms of
the offers of dedication.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 6th day of January, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
