APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SOBDTVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 4541
AND ACCEPTING CERTATN DEDICATED EASEMENTS AND PARCELS
OF LAND (A PORTION Of TRACT 3810 VILLAGE IV)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed. with and appxcavfd
by this Council. a Tentative Map of that certain proposed sub-
division known as Tract 3810; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay 'sic Associates, a partnership comprised
of Doric Development, Inc. , a C.ai i orn:ia corporation, and Bay Farm
Island, Inc. a Nevada co:ruoral: ion, owner herein, has presented to
the Council_ for approval a Iinal 011ap of that proposed subdivision
known as Tract IHEE11, which is a subdivision of Lot 23, Tract -.289;
and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain ror-
exclusive easements desig nated "Public ?Jtilitie: Easement" (P.U.E.),
and parcels of land known as Cork Road, Kara Road and Dubl _n Way,
dedicated to the pu11ic;
NOW, THEREFORE,: BE IT 11100 :D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
