WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved

WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associalcs, a partnership compPised
of Doric Development— Inc., a California corporaLion, anu Bay Farm
Island, Inc., a Nevada corporation, owner herein, has Presented Lo
