APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIV1SiON KNOWN AS TRACT 2122
AND ACCFPTINC CERTAIN DEDICATED EASEMENTS AND PARCELS
OF LAND (A PORTION Of TRACT 3810, VILLAGE IV)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved
by this Council a Tentative Map of Lhat certain proposed sub-
division known as Tract 3810; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle AssociaLcs, a partnership comprised
of Doric Development, Inc. , i California corporation, and Bay Farm
island, Inc., a Nevada corporation, owner herein, has presented to
the Council for approval a final Map of that proposed subdivision
known a rat 11122, which is a subdivision of Lots 3 and 4, Block 4,
Tract 3810; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon curtain non-
exclusive ic cnn Le designated "Public Utilities Easement" (P.U.E.)
and "Storm Drain Easement" (S.D.E.), and parcels of land known as
Cs,d
Sea View Parkway and Justin Circle, dedicated to the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY Th" COUNCIL OE THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA thal the Final. Map of Tract 4122 be, and hereby is, approved.
BF IT FURTHER RESOLVED that sadd easements and parcels of land
dedicated to the public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public,
for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 6th day of January, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
