APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4682, A CONDOMINIUM
SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 1319 PEARL STREET, FINDING
SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL
PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO
SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY
CONTROL REGULATIONS (ROLAND MARZOLF, JR_, OWNER)
WHEREAS, Rowland Marzolf, Jr: owner and sixbdvder herein,
has presented to the Council for approval a Tentative Map for
Tract 4682, a subdivision of property` located at 1319 Pearl Street
for a five -unit condominium project, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on January 6, 1981, held a
public hearing on said Tentative -Map,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -3112' of the Alameda Munici-
pal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 4682, heretofore accepted
and approved by the Planning Board, and subject to tLesconditions
and based upon the findings contained ,in City of Alameda Planning,
Board Resolution No 1106 adopted on November 24, 1980, is hereby
approved,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11 -31
f the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council heroby finds tYie
Tentative Map for Tract 4682 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to Section :11- 3112(h) determines that
discharge of waste from he subdivision into the s system
will not violate regiona] water quality control regula >tions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 6th day of January, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, and Tillman - 4.
NOES: President Corica - 1.
ABSENT: None.
