AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA RELATING TO LEGAL
REPRESENTATION FOR SAID AUTHORITY (MASTER CONTRACT)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF ALAMEDA tY�at
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authori:zcd to
execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City, an
Agreement for Legal Services (Legal Representation for the Alameda
Housing Authority -- Master Contract) with the Housing Authority of
the City of Alameda, which sets forth the legal services to be
provided the Housing Authority by the City Attorney, said agree-
ment to be substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in
the office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, January 6, 1981:
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on Lhe 6th day of January, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
