Resolution 09472CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO.9472
DESIGNATING, CERTAIN ROADS TO BE IN THE
FEDERAL -AID URBAN SYSTEM
WHEREAS, under regulations issued by the Secretary of
Transportation under the Federal -Aid Highway Act (Title 23 U0S
Code); the City; with the concurrence of the California Depart
inent of Transportation, has been designated to select a Federa
Aid Urban System in this City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, State of California; that
1. This Council concurs in and approves the roads as
graphically shown on EXHIBIT A (attached hereto and
hereby made a part of'this - resolution) as additions
to and deletions from the Federal -Aid Urban System
eligible for Federal -Aid in the City of Alameda,
State of California, subject to the concurrence of
the California Department of Transportation and
approval of the Federal Highway Administration.
2 The Council concurs in and approves the addition of
Harbor Bay Parkway and the 'southeasterly end of
Maitland Drive as a minor arterial under the 1995
National Functional Classification,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 6th day of January, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
