AS Architects have prepared Specifications and Plans

the office of the City Clerk on January 20, 1981;
NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the said Specifications and Plans be and the
same are, hereby approved and adopted.
