APPROVING PARCEL MAP 3451 FOR DIVISION OF LOT "A" OF
TRACT 4254e PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, APPROVING
CASH DEPOSIT AS TO SUFFICIENCY AND FINDING SAID PARCE
MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (CENTRE COURT
HARBOR 'BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a partnership, com-
prised of Doric Development, Inc., a California corporation; and
Bay Farm lsland,Inc., a Nevada corporation, subdivider herein,
has presented to the Council, for approval a Parcel Map for
division of Lot "A" of Tract 4254, said property being, located
east of Packet Landing Road between the Harbor Bay Isle Recreation
Center and Amelia'Earhart School and known a Parcel Map 3451 and
WHEREAS, subdivider desires to post a cash deposit in
sufficient amount to cover the cost of a mylar copy of the recorded
map;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map 3451, heretofore accepted and approved
by the Planning Board, as set forth in said Board's report to
the City Council dated February 10, 1981, is hereby approved and
permission given to subdivider to record same,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a cash deposit in the sum of
$40, guaranteeing the cost of a mylar copy of the recorded map,
is hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council .Ends Parcel Map
3451 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the
subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water
quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in redular meeting assembled.

AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
